밖에서 사먹는 순두부찌개 맛을 집에서!! Sundubu Jjigae!, No Need to Make a Sauce Separately!

 

순두부찌개 (2인분)

[재료]

순두부 1팩
간 돼지고기 2/5컵(60g)
양파 약 1/6개(40g)
대파 약1/2컵(28g)
청양고추 2개(20g)
쪽파 2큰술(12g)
물 2컵(360ml)
바지락 10개(120g)
간마늘 1큰술(20g)
황설탕 1/3큰술(4g)
고운고춧가루 1큰술(6g)
참기름 3큰술(21g)
꽃소금 약1/2큰술(5g)
진간장 2큰술(20g)
달걀 2개
후춧가루 약간

[만드는 법]

1. 양파는 칼집을 넣어 잘게 썰고, 쪽파, 청양고추는 송송 썬다.
2. 대파는 반으로 갈라 잘게 썬다.
3. 바지락은 소금물에 해감하여 준비한다.
4. 냄비에 참기름을 두르고 대파, 양파, 간 돼지고기를 넣어 중불에서 볶는다.
5. 수분이 날아가고 기름이 나오면 고운 고춧가루를 넣어 불을 끈 상태에서 섞어준다.
6. 고추기름이 나오면 물을 넣는다.
7. 진간장, 황설탕, 바지락을 넣는다.
8. 바지락이 벌어지면 꽃소금으로 간한다.
9. 순두부를 반으로 갈라 덩어리 채로 넣은 후 숟가락을 이용해 조각 내어준다.
10. 찌개가 끓어오르면 뚝배기에 1인분 양을 옮겨 담아 끓인다.
11. 찌개가 끓어오르려고 하면 달걀을 깨트려 넣고 불을 끈다.
12. 청양고추와 쪽파를 올리고 간 마늘, 후춧가루를 뿌린다.

 

Sundubu jjigae (Soft tofu stew) (2 servings)

[Ingredients]

1 pack of sundubu
2/5 cup (60g) ground pork
1/6 (40g) onion
1/2 cup (28g) green onion
2 (20g) Cheongyang peppers
2 tbsp (12g) scallions
2 cups (360ml) water
10 (120g) clams
1 tbsp (20g) minced garlic
1/3 tbsp (4g) brown sugar
1 tbsp (6g) fine red pepper powder
3 tbsp (21g) sesame oil
1/2 tbsp (5g) fine salt
2 tbsp (20g) dark soy sauce
2 eggs
Black pepper

[Directions]

1. Finely dice the onion and finely chop the scallions and Cheongyang pepper.
2. Slice the green onion in half and then chop it finely.
3. Soak the clams in saltwater and remove dirt.
4. Put sesame oil in a pot and fry the green onion, onion, and ground pork over medium heat.
5. Once the moisture evaporates and the oil starts to sizzle, add in the red pepper powder and mix after removing the pot from heat.
6. When the red pepper oil starts oozing out, add water.
7. Add the dark soy sauce, brown sugar, and clams.
8. When the clams start to open up, season with fine salt.
9. Cut the pack of sundubu in half, add it to the stew, and mash with a spoon.
10. Once the stew boils, scoop one serving into an earthen pot and bring it to a boil.
11. When the stew is about to boil, break the egg in and turn off the heat.
12. Top with Cheongyang pepper and scallions, and finish with minced garlic and black pepper.
