- 양푼에 담은 채소들에 분량의 식초, 황설탕, 꽃소금을 골고루 뿌려 뭉치지 않고 골고루 섞이도록 가볍게 버무린다.
- 생크림을 골고루 뿌린 다음, 마요네즈를 넣고 고루 섞이도록 버무린다. 재료가 뭉개지지 않게 하려면 주걱보다 손을 사용하는 것이 좋다.
- 흰후춧가루 또는 후춧가루를 솔솔 뿌려 향을 더한 뒤 다시 한 번 버무려 마무리한다.

1. 소시지(복고풍)
- 소시지를 길게 3등분, 다시 길이로 3등분으로 썬다. 길게 썬 소시지를 깍둑썬다. 당근 정도 크기로 사방 1.5cm정도 크기가 적당하다. 샐러드 채소와 함께 넣고 버무린다.
2. 달걀 - 달걀은 삶아서 껍질을 벗겨 준비한다. 달걀을 반으로 가른 뒤 반달 모양이 되도록 1cm 폭으로 썰어 샐러드와 함께 버무린다. 이때 노른자는 따로 모아 으깨뒀다가 상에 낼 때, 샐러드 위에 고명으로 뿌려내면 좋다.
3. 옥수수(스위트콘) - 단맛을 내는 스위트콘은 통조림에서 꺼내 체에 받쳐 물기를 뺀다. 물기를 충분히 빼야 샐러드에 버무렸을 때 물이 생기지 않는다.

17 oz Whipping cream
5 oz Vinegar
1.5 oz Salt (to pickle cucumbers)
1.5 oz Salt (to pickle onions)
1.5 oz Salt (to boil potatoes)
[PREPARATION]
*STEP 1 : CUTTING
- Peel and wash potatoes clean, then slice 2cm width and divide into three. Dice rod-shape potatoes 2cm width.
- Slice carrots 1.5cm width long and divide into three, then divide into three so that they are 1.5cm wide. Slice the thick ones into 4 pieces. Like potatoes, Dice rod-shape carrots 1.5cm width.
